ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR DISIPLIN, AMBIGUITAS PERAN, STRES KERJA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN TUGAS DENGAN SEMANGAT KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING rnPADA DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN KENDAL
ABSTRACTrnrnDinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kendal as institution that in charge in conducting the health sector affairs of local government, still experiencing ineffectiveness in the work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline on the task effectiveness, determine the effect of role ambiguity on the task effectiveness , determine the effect of work stress on the task effectiveness implementation, determine the effect of morale on the task effectiveness implementation, determine the effect on morale discipline, and determine the effect of role ambiguity on employee morale. And also to know whether the morale is an intervening variable between labor discipline, role ambiguity and job stress effect on the task effectiveness implementation of Dinas Kesehatan rnKabupaten Kendal. rnThe population used in this study the entire staff of the planning section of Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kendal. Samples of this research is taken by census as many that are 160 people . The data were taken using a questionnaire . Data analysis method used is the Structural Equation Model ( SEM ) with the help of AMOS software. rnBased on the analysis of data it can be concluded that the discipline of work does not affect the effectiveness of the implementation of the tasks with the CR value of -0.522 and a probability of 0.602, role ambiguity does not affect the effectiveness of the implementation of the tasks with the CR value of 1,071 and a probability of 0.284, job stress did not affect the effectiveness execution of tasks with the CR value of -1093 and a probability of 0.274, morale effect on the effectiveness of the implementation of the tasks with the CR value of 7.551 and a probability of 0.000, Discipline affect work morale with a CR value of 2.581 and a probability of 0.010, role ambiguity affects morale with a CR value of 2.564 and a probability of 0.010, work stress affects the morale with rnthe CR value of 8.225 and a probability of 0000. Morale proved to be an intervening variable between labor discipline, role ambiguity and job stress effect on the task effectiveness implementation of Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kendal rn rnKeywords : labor discipline, role ambiguity, job stress, morale, task effectiveness implementation
