THE INFLUENCE OF COMMUNICATIONAL AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATION TOWARD THE EMPLOYEE’S PERFORMANCE BY USING THE MEDIATION OF ORGANIZATION COMMITMENT rn(THE STUDY OF THE EMPLOYEE OF LOCAL INCOME, FINANCIAL AND ASSET MANAGEMENT BOARD OF KENDAL REGENCY)
ABSTRACTrnrnThe purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Communication and Cultural Organization Against the Employee Performance on Organizational Commitment Mediation Revenue Service employee Finance and Asset Management District Kendal. The population used in this study were employees of the Department of Finance and Asset Management Revenue District Kendal, amounting to 94 people , this research allows the population taken as a whole . Testing the hypothesis in this study was conducted with multivariate analysis / path analysis. rnBased on the survey results revealed that: (1) Communications positive effect on organizational commitment. (2) Organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment. (3) Communication has a positive effect on employee performance. (4) Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. (5) Organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. (6) Organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of communication on employee performance. (7) Organizational commitment does not mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. rn rnKeywords: communication, organizational culture, organizational commitment and employee rnperformance
