ABSTRACTrnrnDinas-dinas of the Tegal Regency has the making of plans. This part is very important because it is precisely in the planning of project the entire work rests. The purpose of research is analysed the effect of the characteristics of the location of the project, the influence of employee's field coordination, the influence of accuracy of information, the effect of the ability of an employee to rnthe employee's performance of the Dinas-dinas in Kab. Tegal Planning section. This sample is the employee of the all Dinas-dinas in the area-Tegal rnRegency with a total sample of one hundred people.
