PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN STRUKTUR ORGANISASI TERHADAP PENERAPAN GOOD GOVERNANCE (GG) PADA DINAS PENDAPATAN, PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAN ASET DAERAH KABUPATEN TEGAL
ABSTRACTrnrnGood governance is a prerequisite for any government to realize the aspirations of the people and achieve the goals and ideals of the nation state. In order that required the development and rnimplementation of appropriate systems of accountability, clear, measurable, and thus legitimate governance and development can take place fruitfully, effective, accountable and clean and free from corruption, collusion and nepotism. The natural order to establish good governance, the Department of Revenue, and Finance Asset Management District Tegal very important role, in another sense Revenue Service, and Finance Asset Management Areas Tegal should fainti an effective organization. rnThe population is all employees who are on the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Management Areas, while the sample census method at 113 employees. Methods of data collection rnused in this study was conducted using a questionnaire validity and reliability first. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results of the study reveals that the positive influences of the rnHuman Resource Capability Against Implementation of Good Governance (GG). The positive influence of organizational culture on Implementation of Good Governance (GG). Positive influences rnof leadership style Against Implementation of Good Governance (GG). Positive influences of Organizational Structure Against Implementation of Good Governance (GG). Taken together there is rna positive and significant effect of the variable ability of Human Resources, Organizational Culture, Leadership styles and Organizational Structure Against Implementation of Good Governance (GG) At the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Management District Tegal (p-value 0.000
