PENGARUH FAKTOR AMBIGUITAS PERAN, PENGHARGAAN INTRINSIK, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP PERFORMANSI KERJA PADA BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH KABUPATEN KENDAL
ABSTRAKrnrnThe professionalism of the state apparatus support BAPPEDA’s role as regional technical institutions responsible for development planning. The purpose of this study was to determine the rnrole ambiguity effect to the performance of the work in BAPPEDA Kendal , to determine the intrinsic rewards effect towork performance in BAPPEDA Kendal , to determine the influence of rnorganizational culture on work performance in District Development Planning Agency Kendal , and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on job performance in BAPPEDA Kendal . rnThe population used in this research staff of the Regional Planning Board Kendal . Samples of this research are taken as many as 58 people by census. The data were taken using a rnquestionnaire. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. rnBased on the analysis of data it can be concluded that role ambiguity has a positive effect on employee performance on BAPPEDA Kendal , intrinsic rewards positive influence on employee rnperformance on BAPPEDA Kendal , organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance at Planning Board Kendal Regional Development , job satisfaction has a positive rneffect on employee performance Regional Planning Board Kendal , together Ambiguity role , intrinsic rewards , job satisfaction and organizational culture simultaneously influence the work rnperformance of employees in Regional Development Planning Board Kendal . rnrnKeywords: role ambiguity, intrinsic rewards, organizational culture , job satisfaction , work rnperformance
