Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Mediasi Self Efficacy (Study Di Kantor Perwakilan Xaverius Muara Bungo, Jambi)
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap self-efficacy, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai, pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai, serta menguji mediasi self-efficacy pada pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai (guru) Kantor Perwakilan Xaverius Muara Bungo Jambi sebanyak 35 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh atau keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sebagai wilayah sampel sehingga sampel sebanyak 35. Analisis menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dengan alat analisis smartPLS. Temuan, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap self-efficacy, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai, self-efficacy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Self-efficacy memediasi pengaruh positif kecerdasan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan emosional, Self-efficacy, Komitmen organisasi, Kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence on self-efficacy, organizational commitment and employee performance, the effect of self-efficacy on organizational commitment and employee performance, as well as test the mediation of self-efficacy on the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment and employee performance. The population in this study were all employees (teachers) of the Xaverius Representative Office of Muara Bungo, Jambi, totaling 35 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample or the entire population is used as a sample area so that there are 35 samples. Analysis uses a partial least square (PLS) with the smartPLS analysis tool Findings, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on self-efficacy, organizational commitment and employee performance, self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. Self-efficacy mediates the positive influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment and employee performance.
