Analisis Fundamental yang Mempengaruhi Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi pada Perusahaan sektor Infrastruktur

ABSTRACT
Infrastructure has an important role for gross domestic product or national income
that affecst its competitives rank in the world. Bad infrastructure condition in Indonesia
shows how poor investment in this sector. This condition makes investors averse to invest
in Indonesia. This research will observe the factors that influence investors for making
investment decisions. This study will observe influence of Return On Investment (ROI)
and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Then it also observe
the influence of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover
(TAT), and Q ratio to investment decisions that is proxied by BC Ratio’s companies in
infrastructure sector. The research use path analysis as analysis technique that is
processed by AMOS ver 20.0. The conclution is ROI and DER have effect to DPR. While,
DPR, CR, and TAT have no effect to investment decisions. Variable that has an influence
to investment decisions is Q ratio.
