Peran Mediasi Crowdsourcing Pada Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Pembelajaran Organisasional Terhadap Penciptaan Nilai (Study Pada Bappedalitbang Kabupaten Tegal)
This research aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership, organizational learning on crowdsourcing and value creation, the influence of crowdsourcing on value creation. Crowdsourcing mediation on the influence of transformational leadership and organizational learning on value creation. The population in this study was all employees of the Bappedalitbang, Tegal Regency, totaling 46 employees with a sampling technique using saturated samples. Analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the smartPLS analysis tool. The results of this research, transformational leadership and organizational learning have a significant positive effect on crowdsourcing and value creation, crowdsourcing has a significant positive effect on value creation. Mediating crowdsourcing influences organizational learning towards value creation with the nature of mediation being partially complementary. By applying transformational leadership and organizational learning as complementary assets to help organizations apply crowdsourcing to achieve value.
