ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to empirically examine the effect of the funding decision, investment decisions and dividend policy on firm value. This research was conducted during the period 2011-2015 on mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange. This research used multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test and test models of kindness. with the results of the research that the funding decision does not affect the value of the company, the investment decision positive effect on firm value and dividend policy a positive effect on firm value. With the determination of adjusted R2 value of 61,7%, which means the variable value of companies affected by funding decisions, investment decisions and dividend policy amounted to 61,7% and the remaining 38,3% is caused by other variables.
