PENGARUH ARUS KAS, SALES GROWTH, DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP FINANCIAL DISTRESS
This research aims to analyze the factors which influence the financial distress. Financial distress is defined as a situation in which the company was having financial difficulties. This research uses 3 variables that could affect the financial condition of the alleged distress company, i.e. cash flow, sales growth, and leverage as an independent variable. This research using a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the period 2011-2015, a total of 23 companies that meet the criteria of a sample is determined through the method of purposive sampling. After a research period duration multiplied for 5 years, gained as much as 115 sample data used in the study. This research was conducted with quantitative methods and methods of analysis used is regression testing. The results of this research show that cash flow positive and significant effect against the financial distress, sales growth has no effect against the financial distress, and the negative effect of leverage and significantly to financial distress.
