PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI PADA BPR BKK PURWODADI)
ABSTRACT
Employee performance can be defined as an assessment of the performance of an activity or a conscious effort to evaluate managers, measure, and compare the performance of employees at present or in the past that concrete results achieved by the prescribed standards in order to achieve organizational goals. Someone in the company who perform work activities often experience fluctuations in both employment increase or decrease the working morale. Improving employee performance created from the level of achievement of good work by the employee. This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership style, employee motivation, and disiplince on employee performance. In a sample of this research is all employees in PD BPR BKK Purwodadi. Sampling technique in this research is cencus sampling method. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The analysis showed that the variables of leadership style, motivation, and disiplince of work has positive influence on employee performance.Ajusted R2value in this study amounted to 63,3%.
