PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA (STUDI PADA KANTOR PELAYANAN KEKAYAAN NEGARA DAN LELANG (KPKNL) KOTA SEMARANG)
ABSTRACT
The low discipline work rate has become a serious problem for many companies, because the low discipline work rate is a measure that can be used as an indication of a fundamental issue in corporate. This has led to increasing competition among corporate. Compensation and job satisfaction are important aspect that can affect employee discipline work. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Compensation and job satisfaction on employee discipline work. The population is 38 person which took as sampel (census). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models. The results of the study showed compensation has a significant positive influence on discipline work, and job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on discipline work. Analysis of the correlation coefficient of determination (R2)shows a value of 0,381, meaning the variable compensation and job satisfaction has a contribution of 38,1% to 61,9% and dicipline work tendencies influenced by other variables
