PENGARUH PROGRAM TURNING AND DEVELOPMENT, JENJANG KARIER, DAN PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
ABSTRACT
In general, each company is always seeking to improve employee performance, including by way of training and development, career, and compensation. As of the purpose of this studyis to know the influence of training and development, career, and compensation. The sample of this study are as many as 68 people and used sensus sampling ople were on the whole BRT Trans Semarang Koridor II. The method of analysis used multiple linier regression models. The results of the research indicating that training and development, career, and compensation variables have an influence on employee performance. From this study were obtained Adjusted R² value 68,3%. It means that the variable performance 68,3% can be explained by the independent variable i.e., training and development, career, and compensation and the rest i.e.of 31,7% can be explained by other variables. Recommended to the BRT Trans Semarang Koridor II to develop and training programs for employees, in order to enhance the performance of employees in an effort to achieve company goals.
