PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PERBANKAN

ABSTRACT
Good corporate governance is a system that manages and controls the enterprise to create value-added (value added) to all stakeholders. With the implementation of good corporate governance, the financial statements produced can be expressed by a transparent and accurate, so that it can deliver the performance of a company's progress. This research aims to examine the influence of good corporate governance on financial performance of banking. Independent variables used in this study were of good corporate governance as measured by the composite score good corporate governance self assessment. The dependent variable used in this study is financial performance of banking as measured by LDR, CAR, ROA, and BOPO ratio. The sample was banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2008 - 2011, sampling technique using purposive sampling method and acquired 40 companies are used as a sample. Analysis tools in research using simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate LDR, ROA, BOPO, dan CAR. But CAR having the direction of research negative.
