PENGARUH RISK PROFILE, GCG, EARNINGS, CAPITAL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN LABA PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN
ABSTRACT
Profit growth is needed in order to make decisions and see the financial performance of the banking company each year, and to gauge the success of the bank in compliance over the health of banks. Due to the global crisis, the banking companies need to improve the effectiveness of risk management and corporate governance in order to identify problems early, so that the banks more resilient in the face of crisis. Therefore Bank Indonesia enhance bank rating of CAMELS into Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) or RGEC. This research aimed to examine the effect on profit growth RGEC banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2013. The total sample of this research is 23 banking companies determined through purposive sampling method. Analysis tools in research using multiple linear regression. The independent variable of this research is that the NPL, LDR, GCG, ROA and CAR. The dependent variable of this research is the profit growth. The results of this research indicate that the NPL and LDR no significant effect on profit growth, while GCG, ROA and CAR significant effect on profit growth. Adjusted R2 value model of this research was 42.9%.
